1. How to use Google Drive

Access Google Drive in your browser by going to Drive.google.com. To upload a file, you can simply drag and drop it into your browser window.

To share a file or folder with others, right-click on it and select "Share."

Sharing a Folder

You can share multiple files at the same time by using folders You can then place files inside this folder by dragging them in. To share a folder with others, right click on it and select share. You can then add collaborators or share a link in the same way that you would a file. After you share a folder, anyone you share the folder with will automatically be able to see all files added to the folder in the future.

Sending a Link

Instead of sending an email, you can get a link to share with collaborators. Right-click on a file or folder and select "share," then select "Get a link. You can now copy this link and paste it into a separate email or message. This will direct people to the file or folder where they can either view it or edit it based on your share settings.

Sharing Files on Mobile

Open the Google Drive app on your mobile device When you find the file or folder you want to share, tap the three dots next to the file name, tap share, and then the names of the people you want to share the link with. You can type a message to accompany the email if you wish. Tap here to change permission settings such as edit comment and view. When you're finished, tap the send icon to send the message to collaborators.
